Suzhou Unite Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (SUPT Motion) is marking two decades of continuous operation in precision motion manufacturing. Established on 22 March 2005 and headquartered at 413 Mudong Highway, Mudu Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou, the company has grown from a local motor workshop into a national high-tech enterprise whose voice coil motors, linear motors and precision linear platforms are shipped to Europe, North America, South Asia and Southeast Asia, with export accounting for roughly 70 to 80 percent of turnover.

Because the plant is owned rather than outsourced, every stage — winding, assembly, encapsulation, magnetisation, calibration and final test — stays under one roof. That structure removes middlemen from the supply chain, keeps unit cost competitive against imported European, Japanese and American brands, and gives engineers direct control over consistency between prototype and mass production.
SUPT releases no motor without passing more than ten inspection steps. The metrology bench includes LCR meters for coil resistance and inductance, oscilloscopes for drive waveform verification, ageing testers for endurance screening, dedicated thrust test rigs, internal pressure testers for encapsulated units, laser interferometers for positioning verification and coordinate measuring machines for mechanical tolerance. Rejected units are held back rather than reworked into shipments.
The result is a product family specified at 0.1 to 5 μm positioning accuracy and up to 3000 N thrust that is positioned as a drop-in alternative to imported direct-drive components in semiconductor, medical, optical and industrial automation equipment.
Standard catalogue motors cover cylindrical, flat, rectangular, arc and through-hole voice coil formats, U-shaped coreless and flat-plate linear motors, tubular linear motors and DDR rotary direct-drive motors. Beyond the catalogue, the company runs a documented nine-step customization flow — requirement discussion, selection guidance, solution design, rapid sampling, production, inspection, delivery, after-sales onboarding and long-term support — so a special thrust, stroke, winding, mounting pattern or protection class is a routine order rather than a project risk.
Overseas buyers work across time zones, so support has to be available outside office hours. SUPT operates a 7*24 online service channel combining remote telephone diagnostics with on-site commissioning visits, plus free technical training covering motor fundamentals, driver wiring and parameter setting, scale and encoder feedback usage, alarm troubleshooting and maintenance routines. After delivery each account receives a service record and continued support for upgrades and replacement planning.
Over 2,000 domestic and international customers have been served, and the reference list includes Huawei, Foxconn, Daoming Optics, Tongfang, Mindray, Inovance, NORINCO Group, CSIC, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Changchun University of Science and Technology, alongside research institutes and equipment builders in semiconductors, medical devices, optics, aerospace and laboratory automation.
