They are widely used in 3C manufacturing, visual inspection, semiconductors, medical instruments, and scientific research equipment.
Linear Voice Coil Motors have become one of the most essential precision actuators in the 3C electronics industry due to their high frequency response, ultra-precise positioning, high acceleration, and frictionless motion structure. As smartphones, tablets, wearables, and laptops continue to evolve toward thinner form factors and higher consistency, automation equipment requires micron-level accuracy and millisecond-level dynamic performance. In 3C assembly processes, Linear Voice Coil Motors are widely used in high-speed pick-and-place systems, precision press-fit stations, laser welding, dispensing control, FPC alignment, camera module production, OIS calibration, and display module assembly.
