With a diameter of just 9.5 mm, a length of 17.7 mm, and a voice coil weight as low as 3 g, this motor can be directly integrated into the slim body of an endoscope without compromising the device’s operational flexibility or patient comfort, making it the ideal drive component for medical endoscope lens focusing. This voice coil motor features a medical-grade non-magnetic stainless steel housing and biocompatible insulation materials, complying with the ISO 10993 medical device biocompatibility standard. It can be used directly in sterile surgical environments and is free of tissue irritation and toxicity. In terms of performance, the motor achieves a positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm, a repeatability of ±0.002 mm, and a response time of less than 0.3 ms. It enables micron-level precision adjustment of the lens focal length, helping physicians quickly obtain clear images of internal organs and avoid diagnostic errors caused by focal length deviations. Additionally, the linear voice coil motor features a coreless winding design that eliminates the cogging effect, ensuring low noise during operation and preventing interference with physician communication or equipment auscultation during surgery.
